Vincent Whitman is a weatherman, a news reporter and an entertainer, but he has some dark secrets: he is a serial killer, murdering anybody who is above him in status and popularity, and is a leader of a secret cult, which he calls a "movement", and refuses to call it a cult. He is quite handsome, with brown hair and heterochromia, where his right eye is green and his left eye is blue. He is around six foot and six in height. He is extremely charming and charismatic, but easily jealous.
