Cosmo is an evil, sadistic, snarky, and smart scientist. He always tries to create life no what what the cause is! A dead body, dead animal, fusing a dead body with an animal... he'll try anything to make something living!! Unluckily he hasn't succeeded yet. Cosmo likes make potions, these potions do a lot of things but it's never clear why he wants these potions despite never using them... but he does serve as a great doctor for medicine because of it!!
