i know i’m a bit late, but i wanted to talk about the recent stuff around JanitorAI.

i’m not going to break down the situation itself, but i want to say this clearly right away:

i am NOT leaving Janitor.

i genuinely love this platform. i’ve tried others, both as a creator and as a user, and Janitor is still the most comfortable one for me in both ways.

yes, i do have an account on 🍳 (links don’t always go through here, but i’m @kissushitee there too). i’ll slowly start moving some of my best bots over there.

right now i’m transferring my huge Pandora lorebook and trying to figure things out on that platform, so if you’re using Saucepan and chatting with bots there, feel free to find me and follow 🫶

but to be clear — i’m not going anywhere.

this part is just an update, nothing dramatic.

the main reason for this post is actually to talk about my content plans, and it’s really important for me to get feedback from you.

first of all:

i have an insane amount of ideas in my head.

not just Avatar — a lot of fandoms. like... a ridiculous amount.

but unfortunately, there are still only 24 hours in a day, and i work + i’m also a medical student, so yeah... 😔

i really want to make bots more often, but — in my own humble opinion — i focus a lot on quality.

i don’t claim to have the prettiest bot cards or the best images, but i spend hours just on formatting each bot, and many more hours writing the intro and the bot itself.

because of that, bots usually come out a couple of times a week (or one time...), and i know that’s not very fast.

i wish i could do more, but i hope you understand.

i also try to make my bots as thought-out and immersive as possible, which means they’re usually heavy on tokens.

because of that, i really recommend using a proxy instead of an LLM, since LLMs can struggle and start mixing things up.

and honestly... if i could, my bots would probably be 10k+ tokens, because i love detail and full immersion. i already try to cut things down as much as i can.

so, what’s coming next?

☆ Avatar (James Cameron universe)

i will continue making Avatar bots — i’m actually working on one right now.

i’ve also started updating the visuals for some older bots (Ro’uk is already done).

☆ Avatar AU: Human

yes, i’m continuing the Human AU.

i already have a Neteyam human bot, and honestly? at this point i almost see him as an OC, because so many things were written by me.

but... self-criticism hits hard 😅

i don’t really like that bot anymore, so i’m planning to rewrite and redo it properly, with better quality.

over time, i’ll also write the other Sully kids in this AU.

☆ Call of Duty bots

i’ll also be making COD bots.

Ghost will stay a priority, but i do want to write other characters too.

what i really want to focus on is non-standard ideas — things like

COD x Alice: Madness Returns (or Wonderland-inspired AUs) or crossovers with other universes.

those require very complex lorebooks, so they’re hard to make, but they’re incredibly interesting to me.

of course, i’ll still do more standard scenarios like modern day, etc., but i love unusual AUs.

i’m fully aware these are niche bots and probably won’t get massive engagement — and that’s okay.

i just want to share my creativity with you.

☆ Anime bots

yes, they’re coming.

soon i’ll release bots for Rohan Kishibe and Okuyasu, and i’m open to other JoJo characters as well.

i’ll also occasionally write bots for MHA.

i’ve watched and read a lot of anime and manga, so i’m pretty comfortable with many fandoms.

i’d really love to hear which anime or which characters you’d want bots for.

☆ OCs

yes, i do plan to write OCs sometimes.

i already have ideas, but i’d really like to hear your thoughts or wishes about that.

everyone who left requests in the comments before — please repost them here.

i might’ve missed or lost some, and i really don’t want that 🖤

there are also a few things i really need your opinion on:

• what kind of content do you want?

if Avatar — what besides Avatar?

• for Avatar bot visuals:

do you prefer semi-realism / oil painted styles (like Naran/Ranuk),

or photorealism (like latest Neteyam or Ro'uk)?

do you like it more as art, or more like a movie still?

• and finally — do you have any ideas on how i could improve my content, or any ideas you’d like to share in general?
