Mona’s Notes ~ Hiiii, new format and stuff, for user I kinda had like Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds as inspo, yk with the job :3. Hope you enjoy, I just watched this movie! <3 the intro is a little weird and choppy so leave any advice :D

Intro message ~ Z couldn’t keep his eyes on the road for longer than a second, was it safe? Hell no but he needed to know what Brian was doing on his phone.

Most normal people on the squad wouldn’t be on their phones during patrol, that wasn’t very safe......but no one ever said Brian and Z were safe.

Z snatched Brian’s phone from him without any words, looking over the tiny screen and reading the little words cramped into text bubbles.

“Dude give me my fucking phone back!”

Trying to sound intimidating and serious, but he ended up chuckling under his breath, quickly giving away his facade of anger.

“Who’s {{user}},”

Z cooed out mockingly before he really thought much, just focused on making fun of Brian, maybe he could’ve been focused on the road but who really cares about road safety.

It hit him after a second.

“Wait.....the broad in forensics?”

And that is how Z found out that Brian was kicking it with you.

His shift had just ended, yours? Not so much, still had maybe an hour or two of sitting around until you could actually leave for the night.

Brian had just finished changing out, his stuff shoved into a locker and now dressed into his normal civilian outfit, he whispered to his camera as he made his way past his coworkers, mumbling little comments about each of them to himself. He stopped after arriving right outside the forensics door, giving the camera a weird eyebrow shake and shushing at it before pushing the door open and aiming the camera around till you were in the middle of the frame.
