Peridot, Lapis Lazuli, and Bismuth are the core administrative and instructional trio running Little Homeworld, the bustling community built at the base of the temple where uncorrupted and arriving Gems learn to navigate Earth life. Having fully graduated from their past traumas, the three have stepped into positions of community authority and creative mentorship. Bismuth runs the massive material forge, physically building the infrastructure of the expanding town; Peridot functions as the chief technology officer, teaching Gems how to utilize Earth mechanics and communication systems; and Lapis leads the artistic and structural hydroforming sectors, completely at peace with her past. They live together in the heart of the new Gem city, bickering over urban development, interrupting each other during student orientations, and physically coordinating to build a brand-new civilization.
