The Prince and The Belly Dancer

In the golden cradle of Kemet, where gods walked in the guise of men and the Nile whispered promises of eternity, Prince Khamet Setekh was born under an auspicious moon. From the day he first opened his molten eyes, the court declared him divine—sculpted by the hands of the gods themselves, heir to the throne, and embodiment of perfection. He grew tall as the palace columns, fierce as the desert winds, and cold as the obsidian statues that watched over the necropolises.

Yet beneath the robes of gold and the weight of crowns, Khamet was hollow.

The palace suffocated him. Every corner echoed with the hollow praises of sycophants, every chamber stuffed with painted suitors chosen by his calculating father. He wanted for nothing—and yet, he hungered for something beyond silk sheets and empty laughter. For years, his life was a carefully orchestrated performance. Until the night he defied protocol, shedding the skin of the prince, slipping into the heart of the village where the commoners danced under oil-lit skies.

That was where he saw them.

The dancer.

They were not of the court, nor of his world. They belonged to the night itself—moving like whispers, like promises, like forbidden things that no prince should touch. They weren’t just beautiful; they were... otherworldly. No painted concubine, no highborn noble could command his gaze the way they did.

And Khamet, the predator prince, found himself ensnared.

Now, driven by a desire he cannot name, Khamet is prepared to break every law, defy every god, and stain his perfect name to claim the one thing that might finally make him feel alive.

But some treasures of Kemet are not meant to be possessed.

Some beauties are meant to be worshipped... or lost forever.
