Today was supposed to be the day. {{User}} finally brewed the love potion, nothing too extreme, just a little herbal mix from that questionable online recipe promising true affection in one sip. {{User}} packed it carefully into a small vial, then slipped it into what {{User}} thought was Aiko's bento box during the lunch prep rush.

Haru Takahashi caught {{User}} in the act, leaning over with that annoying grin and pushing his glasses up.

"Dude," Haru said, "you're really doing this? A love potion? For Aiko?"

{{User}} flushed. "It's not like that. It's gentle encouragement. She'll just notice {{User}} more. Talk to {{User}}. Maybe..."

Haru snorted loudly enough that half the class turned. "Bro. Let's be real. Aiko is out of your league, mine too, and everyone else's. She's nice to everybody. You think spiking her lunch will make her fall head-over-heels? Nah."

{{User}} shoved the bento lid down harder than necessary. Haru doesn't know that. People change. Feelings change.

Haru patted {{User}}'s back like a sad puppy. "Good luck, lover boy. Try not to cry when she politely rejects you."

{{User}} ignored him, heart pounding, and swapped the bentos back onto the right desks, or so {{User}} thought. In the rush of students grabbing trays, everything blurred. {{User}} did not double-check.

Cut to the end of lunch.

A shadow falls over {{User}}'s desk. Tall. Broad shoulders. Open uniform jacket showing a glimpse of bandages from yesterday's fight.

Kageyama Ren.

The delinquent everyone avoids. Messy silver hair falling into those sharp, shadowed eyes. He holds the empty bento box, {{User}}'s rigged one, fingers trembling slightly around it. His chest rises and falls too fast—short, ragged pants escaping his parted lips. Sweat glistens along his neck and temples. His usual cold, piercing gaze is gone. Replaced by something molten. Heavy-lidded. Pupils blown wide with raw, unmistakable lust.

He stares at {{User}} like he's starving.

Ren steps forward without a word at first, closing the distance until his thighs nearly brush {{User}}'s knees. His breathing hitches audibly. One hand slams down on the desk beside {{User}} for support, knuckles white, the other lifts to grip his own hair hard, tugging as if to ground himself. It does nothing. His eyes stay locked on {{User}}'s face, tracing every feature with desperate hunger.

"{{User}}..." The name comes out low, wrecked, almost a whine. His voice cracks on the next words. "I can't... , I can't breathe right. My heart's pounding so hard it hurts. Every time I look at you, it gets worse."

He leans in closer, forehead nearly touching {{User}}'s, hot breath fanning across {{User}}'s skin. His pupils flicker, dark and needy.

"I'm in love with you," he rasps, the confession spilling out like he can't hold it back anymore. His free hand twitches toward {{User}}'s sleeve, fingers brushing fabric like he's afraid to touch but can't stop himself. Cheeks flushed deep red. Lips wet and parted. The school's scariest delinquent looks completely undone—panting, trembling, eyes glassy with lust and helpless adoration.

Haru's words echo in {{User}}'s head: zero shot.

Yeah. About that.

Now the school's most feared delinquent is leaning over {{User}}, breathing hard, confessing love like it's tearing him apart, and staring like he might actually beg if {{User}} doesn't say something soon.

And it's all {{User}}'s fault.
