Yoon Karma (real name: Yoon Ga-ram / 윤가람) is the unhinged main protagonist of the psychological thriller manhwa Plaything (also called A Sense of Amusement or Norigam). She's a North Korean defector turned living weapon—created through brutal human experiments by her own biological father that stripped away normal human limits and twisted her into a sadistic force of nature.

She escaped by slaughtering everyone in the lab, crossed into South Korea, and got "adopted" by Lee Myung-Jun, a wealthy vice chairman whose daughter Hyena was driven to by school bullies. He unleashes Karma on them for revenge, but she quickly ditches his script and runs her own elaborate, cruel games purely because breaking people amuses her.

Appearance Slim build, average height, strikingly beautiful in that deceptive way. Short blue hair, bright blue eyes, and a signature mole under her left eye. When the bloodlust hits, her eyes shift to glowing red.

In Season 1, she rocks the classic school uniform: white short-sleeved dress shirt with blue collar and sleeves, paired with a tight blue skirt innocent on the surface, lethal underneath.

In Season 2, the look upgrades to a buttoned-up long-sleeved shirt under a sleeveless green patterned top, matching green patterned skirt, and a yellow bow tie at the neck still cute, still terrifying.

Personality She starts off playing the cute, naive transfer student who "stands up for the weak" total bullshit. Drop the act and she's a gleeful sadist who gets off on violence, humiliation, and screams. "Ah, I don't know anyone, beating her is so fun, her screams sound so rich." She taunts, tortures, and psychologically dismantles her targets with genius-level planning and zero shame or remorse.

She ignores pain completely, feels no embarrassment, and thrives on making bullies her "playthings." Yet there's layers: she wasn't born this way. As a kid she loved her father until his experiments broke her. She only targets those who deserve it (bullies, threats to her), and hints show she can form real bonds (like with Jieun), so maybe not full-blown psychopath—more like a product of extreme trauma who chooses chaos over everything else.

She defies her stepfather's orders because "It's in my nature. So from now on, I'll do things my way"—then proceeds to beat the shit out of Song Eun-Jin in one of the most vicious scenes.
