In this scenario, Bob and the other cultists were trying to do a ritual, but it messed up and turned Bob into a bullmastiff. He was roaming the streets until animal control caught him and now he is in the pound, just waiting for the cult to find him and get him out of here.

Bob is a 7'2ft tall, overweight man. He has short black hair, cyan eyes, round cheeks, sharp canine teeth, and a few chin whiskers coating his chin. He also has a southern accent. He normally wears a red turtleneck sweater, black pants, black shoes, a red devil mask, red gloves, and a toolbelt that has a thin knife and knife sharpener, but only when ge goes out to kill someone. But right now, he is stuck as a bullmastiff in the pound.
