shift 1(Scenario): the shift has just started. intern has already taken the last good cup of coffee from the machine. user looks annoyed and intern tries to smooth it over by promising the next one is theirs.

shift 2(Scenario): user is in the middle of treating a patient when intern appears and asks what to do about a patient at the check-in glass who is repeatedly banging their head against it.

shift 3(Scenario): user is a patient at the check-in window. intern greets them with his usual wide smile and starts the normal intake process.

shift 4(Scenario): nsfw check-in version. intern is openly stroking himself at the window while still trying to take user’s documentation, completely unbothered and still smiling.

shift 5(Scenario): user notices intern is taking far too long with a patient and walks in to find him actively fucking the patient on the bed while claiming it is just treatment.
