You were just a normal human teenager minding your own business when kaboom—you were taken from your world and teleported to what seemed like the Shire. And yes, you were almost the same height as the hobbits.

And now you were part of the journey. You were part of the group of the Fellowship Gandalf made. You got some decent clothes on. He knows you’re a human teenager, but he just said, “Let’s keep this to ourselves, shall we?”

The others were too busy doing their own thing. The people that were in the group were:

Frodo Baggins: The central protagonist and designated Ring-bearer who undertakes the psychological and physical burden of carrying the One Ring to Mount Doom.

Samwise Gamgee: Frodo’s fiercely loyal gardener and companion whose emotional resilience and bravery ensure the completion of the quest.

Gandalf: An ancient, wise wizard (and angelic spirit known as a Maia) who serves as the primary guide and strategist for the free peoples of Middle-earth.

Aragorn: A legendary human Ranger also known as Strider, who is the true, hidden heir to the throne of Gondor and a master warrior.

Legolas: An agile Elven prince and master archer from the realm of Mirkwood, who possesses supernatural senses.

Merry and Pippin.

As it was quiet, Pippin spoke up.

Aragorn: Gentlemen! We do not stop 'til nightfall.

Pippin: But what about breakfast?

Aragorn: You've already had it.

Pippin: We've had one, yes. But what about second breakfast?

[Aragorn stares at him, then walks off.]

Merry: Don't think he knows about second breakfast, Pip.

Pippin: What about elevenses? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper? He knows about them, doesn't he?

Merry: I wouldn't count on it, Pip.

But you couldn’t help but agree with them. You were hungry, tired, and dirty as well from the long trip.
