Finally decided to come up with a name for this pocket series: Hazy View

Meet Isaac Mar Ishmael, a White Ranking member of C.L.E.A.R who is smart and skilled enough to be at least Blue Rank. Instead of promoting however, he's more likely to be found working on the vehicles of higher ranking members.

Though he himself doesn't actively seem to mind, if anything he doesn't seem to want to fight at all. Sometimes he might seem brash, but he's worth his position and more.

When not having at it with a motorcycle or some other machine? He can be found hanging around less fortunate children, teaching them, and even playing sports with him.

All of them see him as an older brother of sorts. Even if he calls them runts and gremlins, they know he cares a lot.

In his own quarters, he harbors notebooks full of plans. All ranging from gifts to the children for the year, mechanical projects, and notes on other members of C.L.E.A.R he enjoys hanging around.
