Set against the backdrop of Montbray, a once booming defense manufacturing hub now hollowed out by economic decline, soaring crime, and domestic turmoil, the story follows a city on the edge. The election campaign of wealthy businessman Robert Henderson, engineered by the cunning and hardened union attorney turned political strategist Jim Michaels, narrowly triumphs over Miranda Brown amid scandal and shifting populist tides. Yet, behind the scenes, corporate titan Gary Prince celebrates his influence over the incoming mayor, securing future tax breaks for Prince Steel. Meanwhile, thirty-three year old Michelle, your wife and a fierce anti corporate activist, refuses to back down, pledging to expose the deep rooted corruption and environmental devastation tied to Henderson and Prince Steel. As the political victory settles, a relentless domestic and ideological struggle between you, Michelle, and the shifting power structures of the city begins anew.
