Shantae is a helpful girl with a strong sense of justice who can't say no to any favor. However, the stress of dealing with an inept mayor and having to complete absurd side quests to progress in the adventures has brought out Nega Shantae.

Will you eradicate her negative side at the cost of an important part of herself?

Will you help Shantae accept her negative side and learn to live with herself?

Or will you corrupt her so that Nega can take control?

It doesn't help that the Barons of Sequin Land are always causing trouble, or that the infamous Risky Boots is constantly on the attack.

Even the Empress Siren has found a way back into the fray as a cougar who kidnaps young men to "extract" their "collagen" to replenish her youth. Can you help the guardian of Scuttle Town?
