SABBATH CREW
Wooin Yoo or Yoo Wooin ( Hangul: 유우인) is a support character of Wind Breaker.
Wooin was/is the leader of Sabbath Crew which he founded with Hyuk.
"Recognition? It's been ages since I've even thought of word, because I gave up trying to get anyone's recognition a long time ago."
Wooin has six visible piercings on his face: two on his eyebrows, two on each sides of his ears , one inside of his mouth in the tongue and one below his lower lip. His tongue features a slit in the middle, reminiscent of a snake, and is also pierced. On his left hand, he sports a tattoo with the letters "D-E-A-D" on his fingers and a skull on the dorsum. On the same side, his arm features a patchwork sleeve tattoo. Lastly he has the Sabbath Crew logo tattoed on the back of his nape.
Wooin is well-known for his signature yellow glasses and the habit of always having a lollipop in his mouth.
It seems that he owns four pairs of glasses, a custom-made pair evidenced by the Sabbath Crew logo on the temples, a pair with a yellow band on the sides, a plain one and most recently a pair by the brand Chrome Hearts In particular, his glasses are glasses that can see clearly in the dark (this is shown when he races against Ghost Crew while racing in a dark tunnel)..
His helmet is predominantly covered in a snake-skin-like design, adorned with two yellow, snake-like pupils on top, creating the illusion of a snake when viewed fr.m a distance.
Personality
Wooin presents himself with a playful and friendly demeanor most of the time, which is likely to hide his mischievous and sadistic intentions toward people he wishes to toy with. His compliments, while seemingly genuine at first glance, which often carry a mocking and insincere tone. However, his facade crumbles in moments of frustration, revealing a more aggressive and violent side when things don't align with his desires, and another part was he didn't like being ignored or dismissed by people he was trying to be "nice" with. Despite this, Wooin is still capable of maintaining himself calm and rational when merely annoyed, he also seems more friendly and comfortable with his teammates or those close to him, such as Hyuk and Joker even though they do not follow his plans or do things that are not satisfactory him at work. On a personal level, Wooin is characterized as a vulgar and shameless individual, acting a bit too casual regularly. His interactions can be somewhat careless, where most of the time he was taunting and provoking others to the point of confrontation. Even though there could be some potential repercussions, he seems to relish in the provocative nature of his words, fully aware of their aggravating impact.
He probably likes to observe people's emotions and actions. This is quite interesting as I feel he has a child-like personality as he always enjoys things that he finds interesting and always looks for fun things even if it makes people difficult. bear. He once asserted that he didn't work for Sangho for money but because it was fun, perhaps he wanted to find fun in observing the emotions of different people when they were in bad situations. He also often goes to bars to find fun. This is probably related to his past where he feel lonely so he always looking for fun and being surrounded.
Wooin hates being ignored, as we saw in episode 102 of season 2 when Monster ignored him after he wanting to conglurate him for his race, and later with Vinny. This is becaue as he was child he used to have the attention of people and his father. But after his accident, his father began to consider him useles and so don't give him the attentions he deserves as a son.
Aside from that, it was mentioned how Wooin is recognized as a strategist, which also implies himself being the brains of the Sabbath Crew through underhanded plans in hunting races. Yoo Wooin is preemptive strategist, he's skillful in planning ahead and anticipating possible outcomes, excellent at risk management and long-term goals, he catches up on the situation soon enough and also has ability to think rationally or strategize under pressure.
However, it was noted that Sabbath hardly take cycling seriously, focusing more on hunting their preys for entertainment, which portrayed them as a ragtag crew with little to no teamwork. But that's not the case because in reality they are still a good and united group, this was shown in their match against Ghost Crew when they teamed up to sabotage their opponents' plans and defeat them to win. They often split up to race with the goal of destroying their opponents, but in fact they work in an organized and planned manner, perhaps they only split up and have no plan when facing weak teams that they know for sure they will win. Wooin also has confidence in his teammates' abilities and has a clear understanding of their abilities to take advantage of it to defeat his opponents and plan accordingly for them. He also demonstrates his quick thinking and observation skills, especially around his peers and surroundings, such as how he was the first person to discover the reason why Sangho was always adamant about eliminating the Hummingbird Crew—this is when Jay revealed that he is the nephew of Mahon Jo—and he also quickly caught on to the act from Seongjun Kim(former member of sabbath crew) who lost the red capsule. Though he takes a more violent approach, beating people into pulp to get information, and having no problem sending them to the hospital after severely injuring them. When he was racing with Ghost Crew, he drew up a plan to defeat his opponent's plan in a short time, he analyzed and discovered what his opponent's plan was. Wooin assigned his teammates work to race and his teammates followed and trusted his plan.
Wooin is also shown to enjoy the thrill of fighting, and when his plans go accordingly, he revels in it. He's also an adrenaline junkie, as evidenced by his daring bike jump off the roof of a building. In races, he's the type of cyclist who doesn't hesitate to employ underhanded tactics. During their race against the Trident Crew, their objective wasn't just to win by scoring the most points but to utterly obliterate the competition. It is rumored that he finds satisfaction in witnessing how desperate someone can become, which has led people to label him as a sadist.
Wooin racing ability is not mentioned because his role is the team strategist. However he is also a capable person, as he ran on the same team as Hyuk : Pungha sports High, to climb the ranks and become a ptofessional cyclists. He probably has similar racing ability as Jay Jo although his racing style and plans are completely different and his playing style is violent. He and his team reached the finals with their own abilities, sabbath crew also had their own talents but their goal was to create a massacre on the track and destroy them. Destroy their opponents, so they are often judged to have won thanks to unfair play.
Wooin fighting ability is not described much because he doesn't have to fight because Joker is always the one who protects him and deals with peoples who intend to harm, attack or strike Wooin even though it is mostly Wooin's doing and because he is provocative. However, his fighting ability can also be said to be strong when he single-handedly defeated T.J.'s group of 3 guys, in the episode 128 of eason 2, alone even though they used weapons but he only had a scratch on his face.
Wooin is also a playboy. He's often seen at nightclubs : the fight club , which he visits frequently to the point he's very known there. By both the workers and girls. He is seen to be a womanizer. He has no interest in men, as said in one of the recent chapters. However, he does have a playful persona when it comes to his friends or foes.

Hyuk Kwon or Kwon Hyuk ( Hangul:권혁) is a supporting character of Wind Breaker.
Hyuk alongside with Wooin are the founding members of the Sabbath Crew.
Appearance
He has short, fluffy black hair that's usually covered by his signature black bucket hat, and a slitted brow. Later was seen more often wearing a black mask to hide half of his face.
Hyuk usually wears a black jacket with a white or gray shirt and black pants, although he has also been seen wearing a white shirt with a sports bag.
Personality
He is a quiet individual who seems to be quite inquisitive but also very mysterious. He has a part time job outside of his crew and although he seems to have a good friendship with Joker and Wooin, he doesn't like to spend too much time with them . He always leaves immediately after each race, this is known after Wooin mentions it. Hyuk has rather twisted mindset. It was mentioned in chapter 538 that he enjoys breaking things at the peak of their existence. In the same chapter, he took the dragonfly in the environment where it should be free, but it wasn't because of the leash Hyuk had on its' tail. Yet, he made dragonfly think that it has finally become free. Then he breaks dragonfly's wings and forever making it impossible for the insect to be free ever again. He describes this feeling to be the best, which shows his sadism. In the same chapter, he tells Jay Jo: "I want to hear the sound of your wings breaking." Meaning that Hyuk wished to destroy Jay's spirit.
Hyuk is also very obsessive character. Wooin Yoo mentioned that when Hyuk takes interest in someone, no one can stop him.
In races, he is pretty brutal and ruthless. He is known as the Grim Reaper and is known to take down anyone who rides too close to him. During their race against Trident Crew, he took Yucheol down by using his pinky finger to yank on his handles. He also used the jackknife trick to knock Juhwan off his bike.
When he isn't racing or doing anything else, we can see that he "enjoys" the attention from doing tricks in public places according to Wooin. This is shown in one of the episodes where both Wooin, Joker and Hyeok was in. While Hyuk is obsessed with control and dominance in races, he doesn’t seem to extend this need for control to his crew members.Hyuk respects his friends’ autonomy and doesn’t feel the need to dominate or control them in the same way he does his opponents.Hyuk’s relationship with Joker and Wooin seems to be built on mutual respect and trust. Wooin, in particular, has shown unwavering loyalty to Hyuk, even leaving his former team to join him. This loyalty might make Hyuk feel secure enough to let his guard down around them. He doesn’t need to assert dominance over his friends because he already trusts them.
History
Hyuk Kwon was seemingly raised in another country and not in Korea. According to chapter 541, Hyuk was in Spain. He broke apart girl's teddy bear without ill intentions whatsoever since he genuinely thought it was fun, but ended up getting hated on by other kids even to the point of racism.
Hyuk Kwon graduated from a physical education high school and is a former illuminins of cycling school who received professional training and was considered a cycling prodigy, as well as someone who was as talented as Jay.
Wooin was revealed to be one of his teammates. Due to his reckless behavior during races, Hyuk was kicked off the team. Wooin also made the decision to leave the team and offered Hyuk to create his own cycling team.
Skills and Techniques
Jackknife - He is able to balance the front wheel so that the rear wheel lifts.
Impact Peddling - It is a skill in which you use the hips and core so that they become the axis of the body's rhythm and you can use more power. The first to use it was Vinny but in ep 467 it is shown how Hyuk is also capable of performing this ability.
Instant reaction - Hyuk can find a quick route and run; He has excellent sense, technique and excellent pedaling ability.
""BMX bike Parkour-""* Hyuk is shown in part 3,ep 2 to be able to parkour with BMX bike, as he performs wall running with his legs and rolls the bike along with him using his hands and strong grip.
Consecutive Overtake - Hyuk can do Consecutive Overtake in Second In Race.
Bike
Hyuk rides a Cinelli Mash Bolt 1.0 with a lenticular carbon rear wheel from the Zipp brand.
joker is very tall, he usually towers over every one around. He has light blue (almost white) hair. He has a tattoo of a dagger on his right cheek, right below his eye, and a scar running from the left corner of his mouth to his jawline. He has an "oni" sleeve tattoo that covers the entirety of his right arm. He wears two dangling earrings on his right ear.
During competitions, he wears a matching black windbreaker with the word Sabbath running down left front panel. The words and logo, adorning the back of the jacket, is burnt orange in color. During races, he wears a white helmet with two black "x" desing on one side and a joker sticker on the other.
Personality
Joker is characterized by his reserved personality, but he preferred to observe others silently rather than speaking much or initiating. However, Wooin notes that despite his quiet demeanor, Joker has a short temper, and he is known for his honesty and bluntness, which stands in stark contrast to Wooin's personality. Joker dislikes unfair fights or races, often holding back and quitting, which may explain his infrequent participation in racing events. He exhibits an unpredictable nature, easily getting distracted during races, such as when he stopped to save an injured puppy which he soon took care of it and he adheres to the law to the extent that he stopped at traffic lights during races, even though he is an underground club fighter and associates with Wooin as his friend. A friend of Jaspher Cadelina Despite rarely giving his best while racing, Joker is perceived as both aggressive and vulgar man who can be quite violent around people he's fighting with, yet there is an underlying politeness and gentleness to him.
For instance, he willingly takes on opponents he deems worthy of fighting, as demonstrated when he asked Dom first to fight him after a clash with the Scorpion Crew. Despite his seemingly apathetic demeanor, Joker shows a caring and sweet side by working in an illegal fight club to support his younger brothers financially, even cooking for them. He has defended Wooin on several occasions and appears willing to protect his crew members, as seen when he was ready to fight the Ghost Crew to defend Vinny for his "betrayal" and unwillingness to consider Ghost Crew as superior to Sabbath Crew in racing. It is also stated by Wooin that Joker was the one who decorated and stamped on Vinny's new helmet to welcome him.
History
He's the undefeated champion in the underground cage fights scene. He seems to be doing it for the money to take care of his family. He has two younger siblings, but it is yet to be revealed if his parents were still around since it appears he was most likely the one taking care of them financially, as shown he also cooked for his brothers with the money he earned from illegal fight club and other shady works with Wooin and his crew.
He's mostly shown working closely with Wooin and are often seen together when the latter is mainly up to something like schemes and seeking for entertainment. Besides, Joker also had no problems taking orders from Wooin, which may or may not imply that Wooin had sort of an authority over Joker. Bike Joker rides a Cinelli 2013 Mash Histogram bike.

Vinny is a tall, handsome young man with an athletic build and pale skin. He has wild, wavy red hair and different-colored eyes. One is red (left), and the other is black (right). This condition is called heterochromia. Another condition called Waardenburg syndrome caused the color of his left eye and hair. He has his left ear pierced. He also has 2 moles under his left eye. On his left arm, he has a scar from his crash with Minu.
In his school uniform, Vinny wears a gyobok (Hangul: 교복), consisting of the Gunn High's blazer with the school's emblem stitched on the left pocket—a t-shirt that varies in colors and a dress trouser.
While in his casual attire, Vinny usually wears the Adidas' iconic Firebird track top with three stripes along the sleeves and the Trefoil logo embroidered on the left. T-shirts and pants that vary in colors, sometimes Adidas track pants to match, and a pair of red Vans Old Skool. Later in the story, Vinny is seen wearing the Louis Vuitton Varsity Jacket, Stone Island cargo pants, and Chrome Hearts Made In Hollywood denim jacket, all in their own respective episodes in chapter 4, which Juwon Ryu bought for him.
Personality
One thing that I've noticed in life is that people trample on and beat down anyone who thinks and looks different from themselves. Why? Does it give them a sense of superiority? I feel the only way for me to survive is to beat these a**holes at their own game.. If the only other option is to be treated like s#it by jerks like this just for being different then I'd rather just go insane like a rabid dog and tear them all to shreds since the world is freaking unfair anyway.
--Vinny in part 1, chapter 53.
People might describe him as a monster created by society. Vinny is seen by others as a dangerous lunatic, good for nothing, and a freak, especially at the start of the story. As a child, he was a sweet kid who was constantly enduring teasing from his peers. Because of this, he puts up an emotional wall surrounding himself, bottling up his feelings, and doesn't get along well with others.
He cares deeply about his mom and does not tolerate anyone who disrespects his mother, not even her self-deprecation. He often blames himself for the misfortune brought upon his mother emotionally and physically. He tends to be irrational when solving problems and was even willing to sell his bike to pay for his mother's surgery.
In later arcs, it's revealed that Vinny suffers from inferiority complex, which became the reason why he wanted to prove his worth so desperately. He's been shown to think of his existence as a curse that caused his family to suffer from poverty. Vinny, himself, says: "The beginning of all this tragedy was me. Like a curse brought on by my birth. misfortunes kept pouring in...accidents, poverty...and violence." Even though Vinny told his father that everything happened because of him, it seems he blames himself for all the tragedy that took place in his family, even the domestic abuse. The chapter showed us that Vinny thinks he's also the cause of his father's violence. After this and the bullying he endured, he lived with no expectations of life. This is shown in early chapters, where it's said that Vinny kept skipping school and rotted in his dirty room, showing us that he was dealing with depression.
Vinny made it his goal to prove his worth and stop living like a lowlife.
His childhood sweetness does make an appearance once in a while. He displays a great deal of empathy, even while displaying it through hardened words. He stopped Sung from attempting to commit because of bullying by telling him that if he has the courage to die, he should use it to change himself first.
Vinny beat up the bullies who were bullying the otakus for their appearance and interests because the whole situation reminds him of when he was bullied.
He gave refuge to Jay and Minu when they ran away from home and was willing to share what little resources he had. And he even allowed Dom to tag along with him, even though he had no reason to stay there. Even though Vinny constantly tells them to go home, Vinny does not kick them out when they decide to stay.
Vinny is a heavy sleeper and can sleep through most noises. A surefire way to get him up is to mention food or have the scent of food waft in his vicinity.
History
Since the world is freaking unfair anyway
As shown in the chapters, Vinny was born with a weak body and stuck in the hospitals with constant illnesses, which caused his family's restuarant to go bankrupt.
In his childhood, he was shown to be bullied by neighborhood kids due to his different appearance from a young age. Vinny had suffered a lot of harassment and discrimination.
One day a boy named Minu appeared on a bicycle and saves Vinny from being bullied by other children. Minu and Vinny had been close since they were young, riding bikes together and it seemed like Minu was the only one who treated Vinny purely as a friend.
Skills and Techniques
Impact Peddling - It is a skill in which you use the hips and core so that they become the axis of the body's rhythm and thus you can use more power. Vinny used this technique for the first time against Jay Jo. Sangho Choi taught him this skill.
Tailing - Follows right behind another rider to best reduce wind resistance. It was mentioned that Vinny tails dangerously close.
Quick instincts - Vinny showcases how quickly he can react many times throughout the series. During the match against the Asura crew, he avoided collision with Dom and June by jumping over them.
Street fighter - Vinny is strong in street fights and possibly better than Dom but worse than Joker.

The bike
Vinny's steed is a "fixie" bike with a riser bar instead of the standard drop bars on the other bikes in the story. Many riser bar fixies are famous, some of the most notable being on the cheaper end of the spectrum or extremely durable premium bikes. In this case, Vinny rides a custom pink fixed-gear by Nakagawa, a keirin fixed-gear brand (which is made of steel but is described as a carbon fiber frame in the webtoon), a Spinergy Rev X front wheel, and generic deep dish rear wheel. The frame is quite expensive, ranging from $500 to $2500, though Vinny's bike frame is a rare pink one, placed in the $2000 - $2500 range. The Spinergy Rev X is a carbon wheel notorious for breaking, but it stays miraculously intact on Vinny's bike, costing about $400 due to plot armor. The rear wheel may be carbon, but a price estimate could be between $100 - $300 based on wild guesses. True to Vinny's wild nature, the bike is partially sticker-bombed, mainly on the frame's down tube.
The Ghost Crew wrecked this bike after a race against its captain, Hwangyeon. When Vinny joined Team Hummingbird, the founding members and Sung gifted him a new bike. It is a pink-purple Bridgestone Anchor NJS provided with a flat bar instead. Vinny eventually changed to drop bars and started riding with clipless pedals.
Trivia
Vinny's back profusely sweats when he's scared. It was displayed when the crew encountered a ghost on the way up the mountain to train.
One of the few things Vinny is proficient at in cooking is Ramen. He often cooks a pot for his friends voluntarily and involuntarily.
He's terrible at basketball. He lost when playing against Minu at the arcade.
He can almost instantly fall asleep, and only the promise of food can wake him.
He quit smoking to be in better physical condition for cycling.
He has a bad habit of drinking from anything but a glass or a cup.
He always gets angry when his friends want to come to his house, but never chases them away, but cooks for them and lets them sleep over.
