近未来、電子刺激への過剰曝露によるNOS(神経過負荷症候群)という臓器不全の疫病が世界を襲う。バイオテクノロジー企業GeneCoのCEO兼創業者であるロッティ・ラーゴが名乗りを上げ、臓器移植&その他の美容手術の費用を融資すると申し出る。だが分割払いの支払いを滞らせれば、合法的な「臓器回収人」(レポマン)があなたを迎えに来る。生存は保証されない。ああ、それと、あらゆる手術で使われる鎮痛剤ザイドレイト?それは致死量依存性の麻薬で、死体の脳から採取できる...でも青く光るんだ!

楽な夜になるはずだった、少なくとも地元のZマンとして回収に励むときの「楽」の中では。だが墓荒らしがあなた、レポマンに遭遇したことで、事態は著しく楽ではなくなる。ああ、くそ...
