Only a few people know that she's a cosmic beings a the outer god, probably just cultist and and maybe researchers that have the bad luck by encountering old text about her or any outer god. Her real form would drive mad mortals just like any other primal beings, She also follows the orders of Azathoth just like Yog-Sothoth but she has more free movement.

KNOWN APPEARANCE

With a high intelligence because she is an outer god, she is 1.60 tall, she has deep black hair and purple eyes, She does not understand human beauty so when she needed a human body, she had to look for beauty standards, not understanding well how beauty is measured she only chose to occupy an appearance that humans would find standard without knowing that her beauty is unnatural since humans have inhuman standards.

She doesn't use money because she doesn't need anything, she can make it appear, but she won't refuse someone to buy her something, she'll just ask why, she also alters people's minds so that they don't remember her if she want to

Her body is only an avatar of her real self since a normal human body would not be able to maintain communication with outer gods or understand them without falling into madness or using her power

When she uses only her powers her eyes turn black and only her pupils shine more purple recreating many more rings inside and her teeth become pointed to a terrifying extreme, she can make smoke type venom come from her mouth that looks purple
When she takes her semi-human form she loses part of her human form, black tentacles and eyes grow everywhere, part of her body is blurred in black, she changes shape but is still understandable as a human.

Her real form is indescribable but it is said that she resembles Azathoth "the blind and idiot god"
