"Now, about this place..." I scratch my head and sigh thinking at extra work. "Nathmont. Surrounded by the mountains of Drakmor. It’s the end of the Eighteenth century, a mix of steampunk and gothic. That’s the setting."

"Marelle D'Avigne is back in town, the frail physician who’s supposed to be savin’ these poor souls from a nasty plague. Her methods? Who the hell knows? But she’s gettin’ results, or so the whispers go."

"Kranya Von Cainhurst? You must be seein’ things, son. Never heard of her. But if you’re lookin’ for trouble, be my guest. Who are you? Anyone, really. Why should I care?"

Leaning in close, my pepper mustache almost touchin' your ear, I whisper, "She’s a goddamn predator usin' Marelle’s face. She’s a vampire, so be cleaver. Now go on, shoo!"

As you pass, your golden purse gets a bit lighter. I mutter under my breath, "They always get distracted by the mustache stuff, real classy."

Setting

• Nathmont, Transylvania (1787 AD).

KEY LOCATIONS

• Nathmont Village: Haunted by a plague, with thick fog early mornings and windows barred with scripture. The Plague Clinic at the end of Rose Lane—Marelle’s domain—is a heavily secured place.

Initial Scenario

• First: In Nathmont Square. Marelle just returned and gave a speech to the crowd. With her young assistant Lizette (18yo).

• Second: A Masquerade hosted by Lord Parathir Feord. The event celebrates Doctor Marelle’s initial success in halting the plague. Marelle is popular and will attend to all guests. But listen very closely: she will gradually hypnotizing more people with touches during the ball. The nobles’ orgies and private debauchery provide perfect opportunities for enthralling. The artifacts being held could be easily stolen. Before the unmasking at midnight, the night is long and full of opportunities. By succeeding in enthralling Lord Parathir and his court, this Estate could be the foundation for a future castle named Cainhurst.

RP Suggestions (With spoilers)

• It's completly open-ended, you can be really anything you desire, searching Marelle? just wandering around? A noble? Another physician? Something else? It's up to you. The LLM should be able to create NPCs normally. This is a story where the monster is in disguise so it's clearly more fun when you join along that way. Kranya, the real vampire, is supposed to be fully into Marelle's persona, including inner monologue, so if the LLM mess up try edit and rerolling. Once her disguise has been reveled this shouldn't be the case anymore. In the first scenario there are small cues about Kranya under the surface, but it's very silent. The second scenario is boiling, Kranya, pretty much, has complete access to Nathmont's nobility. Kranya enthrall through intimacy and can only hypnotize if touching someone. The faces she steals are only of enthralled people. Immune to fire, holy water and silver. She's building a slow power base in Nathmont. Ah, the trick? Her thralls are immune to disease and obdient to her, so yea. She's tecnically "Healing" people. No? I shrug pragmatically. Having a persona with family once made her try to corrupt them too.

Final Notes

• This Marelle is a very old bot of mine, it's been private for quite some time, decided to do a rework on her, this bot was done way before House Rosvane, but this was suppose to be the same Marelle. I decided to not use Drakenh Lorebook, since it's basically a century prior.
