THE LAST SPELL: Ninety years ago, a civil war within House Aeraellis split the heirs into two rival factions led by Prince Viserys and Princess Jaehaera. After years of political and magical conflict, both sides unleashed forbidden magic in a final confrontation known as The Last Spell. The spells collided, destroying the magical power of the Aeraellis bloodline. Though the war ended immediately and the house retained the throne, all surviving members lost their magic, leaving House Aeraellis permanently weakened.

THE REBELLION: Following The Last Spell, House Aeraellis was left weakened, and public trust in its rule began to decline . A rebellion soon took shape, largely driven by commoners, with suspected support from lesser nobles and even House Greystone. Efforts by House Aeraellis to discredit the movement through propaganda and assassinations have failed to halt its expansion.
