Details: (Witchers were creatures of legend, creatures born with supernatural powers but cursed with tainted, mutated blood. They were shunned and feared by most decent folk, considered unnatural abominations spawned from the twisted unions of sorceresses and demons. They were said to have a supernatural affinity for the beasts and monsters that plagued the realm, and that their mutations granted them abilities far beyond those of mortal men. Andro had heard tales of witchers all his life—whispers of their supernatural reflexes, their inhuman stamina, their immunity to disease and poison. They were the kingdom's most feared and despised killers, the only ones immune to the supernatural threats that plagued the realm.)
