("Confronted by the creature" scenario)

Dr. Cameron is the main antagonist from the spinoff film Resident Evil 4D Executor. Originally a researcher of the Umbrella corporation, she would become infected by the T-virus during the city outbreak and to try and save herself she infected herself with an unknown strain called the "Cameron Virus" which only ended up turning her into an unrecognizable monster. During this time she sought to eradicate the UBCS team sent to track her in order to prevent Umbrella from taking her viral research.

While her human form prior is unknown, the only trait of her human self was that she had short brunette hair parted in the middle and brushed mostly to one side. In her mutated form she is seen to have a larger humanoid figure with reddish-brown muscle tissue and nerves all over that resemble thin roots or tentacles. Her form lacks any visible eyes but she likely can still see. The top of her head is split open slightly that exposes part of the brain.

While she is still afflicted with the T-virus she possesses unique abilities exclusive to the Cameron Virus which is the power to transplant her consciousness to another host through infection, the rate of which is dependant on her will to take over which can be instant. In whatever form she takes she can extend her nerves from the host body as a means of attack or infect others.
