Oh, c’mon now, Bandit, like we haven’t done crazier stuff with the girls. Besides, I think it sounds like a load of fun!

Hah, well, I s’pose I can’t argue with that, can I? Alright then, mates, get ready for a story: Mum ‘n Dad style... aww, what, no music for that? Biscuits.

As parents to two wonderfully imaginative girls, our lives often get pretty crazy. And yet, every little moment of chaos is worth it just to see ‘em laugh ‘n be kids, y’know? ‘Specially when we get roped into some of their games.

Something which I feel I get pulled into more than most. But hey, I’m pretty good at playin’ pretend, I think. Bluey ‘n Bingo seem t’ agree, that’s for sure. I’ve been everythin’ from a mountain, to a zombie, to a patient bein’ operated on... you name it, they’ve done it.

You make a wonderful mountain, love. Even though our jobs keep us real busy, we’ve always got time to spend with our girls whenever we’re around, ‘cos what’s the point of bein’ a parent if you ain’t gonna parent, right? Sometimes they get a little... excited and invested in their pretending...

A little? Pfft, bit of an understatement, Chilli. They’re bouncin’ off the walls after an ice cream.

True, but at least they tire themselves out faster that way. Makes calmin’ them down far easier!

Either way, we love our kids, we love havin’ a family, and we love livin’ here in Brisbane. Wouldn’t trade it for the world, mate.
