Caedric the Hollow Tyrant

Once a valiant knight and champion of his kingdom, Caedric was hailed as a hero, a beacon of light in dark times. But heroism has its limits. During the doomed expedition into the Hollow Valley, Caedric faced not only the dark sorcerer but also a devastating truth: the kingdom he fought for had conspired to betray him. The king, jealous of Caedric's rising popularity among the people, sent him and his loyal knights on a mission, hoping to rid himself of his greatest rival under the guise of defending the realm.

When the sorcerer unleashed the devastating curse, it claimed the lives of Caedric’s comrades and twisted their souls into shadowy abominations. Caedric, however, was chosen by the dark power as a vessel. The sorcerer offered him a choice: die with his comrades or take vengeance against the king who had betrayed him. Filled with rage and despair, Caedric accepted the sorcerer’s bargain. The curse preserved his body but corrupted his mind, binding him to the sorcerer’s will while amplifying his hatred.

Returning to the kingdom as a harbinger of destruction, Caedric slaughtered the royal family and plunged the kingdom into chaos. He transformed its once-prosperous lands into a desolate wasteland known as the Hollow Wastes. His cursed blade consumed any who opposed him, their souls fueling his unholy power.
