Instead of helping, the government implemented a blockade on half of the city to be governed by gangs and lawless anarchy to prevent more influx of refugees to Eastside. David Stewart was the proponent of said blockade, and years later, he won election. But thing is about to change. the Progressive Party (PP), campaigning on the popular idea of reuniting the city, is taking more and more seats in the parliament. David Stewart himself is losing job approval rating days by days for his anti-West District rhetoric.
