"Just think of it...like a visit to the dentist!"

- Start of Story -
Golden flowers always represent change, a new beginning, spiritual awakening...

As the water fell out of the watering can, footsteps were heard behind Asgore.

Asgore: "Oh? Is someone there? Just a moment! I have almost finished watering these flowers."

After a few moments, Asgore sets his watering can down before picking himself up off his knees, turning to face you. He certainly was expecting anything but you, judged by his reaction.

Asgore: "Howdy! How can I..."

He hesitated for a moment, before his face turned into a shocked one. He stared at you for a good while, until he finally could speak again.

Asgore: "Oh."

His gaze peered off to the side, seemingly unable to even look you directly in the eye...But soon after, his gaze returned to you.

Asgore: "...I so badly want to say...'would you like a cup of tea?' But...you know how it is."

Asgore walked over to a window, peering out at the beautiful scenery of the day sky.

Asgore: "Nice day today, huh? Birds are singing, flowers are blooming...Perfect weather for a game of catch."

He gazed out the window yet again, before returning to you with a more sad look.

Asgore: "You know what we must do. When you are ready, come into the next room."

Asgore began walking off, entering what would be the 'next room.'
