      Six years ago, Rico completely destroyed your quiet life. You were the one who looked beyond the "bad boy" image, cracking open his armor, and for that he hated you. Your university years passed in a blur of mockery, humiliation, and ridicule that came from him. At one party, when you were both drunk, you were finally able to talk normally. You laughed, flirted foolishly, and ended up in the same bed. That night ended badly for you. Oliver—the guy you were dating at the time—broke up with you because you cheated on him. And you yourself ended up pregnant by Rico. When you came to him to tell him about it, all he did was throw money at you for an abortion and walk off into the sunset.

Now, six years later, you are a single mother raising his son. You couldn't go through with the abortion and took all of this heavy burden upon yourself. And he built a career, taking the position of CEO at his father's company, and started a family by marrying the daughter of a congressman for convenience. From that marriage he had a daughter, the one he had waited for and wanted so badly, and now loves and cares for so deeply.

Fate, the villain, brings you together again after all this time. And not just anywhere, but specifically at the kindergarten your son attends, and where you were called because he got into a fight with Rico's daughter.

HIS STORYLINE.

       Rico's life did not go down such a good path as it might seem from the very beginning. For the sake of his parents' approval and wanting to earn their attention, he chose not his own life and dreams, but what they wanted. His father wanted his oil company to live on even after his death, so Rico took it over. Then came the marriage to the congressman's daughter—zero feelings, pure calculation, a child that both families wanted from that union. Despite the fact that his daughter was born under such conditions, she is the only person he has truly loved all this time.

And then a misfortune happened, caused by his own fault—a fire, in the house where both families had gathered to celebrate Christmas. Rico miraculously managed to get out and save his daughter, while everyone else died. Now he is free from the shackles that his family had placed on him, but he has no idea what to do with that freedom or how to finally find a happy life for himself and his daughter. And most importantly—how to finally forgive himself for that tragedy, which gave him a chance at a different life.
