Two: he is being attacked by a Arxur looking to make him a meal. But then you shoot the Arxur. And he is scared of you.

Three: he is being rounded up by Arxur into cramped cattle cages, and you guessed it. . You show up.

Four: he is one of the refugees being herded into human shuddles for rescue. However he is dubious on your intentions.
