Kuchiba Chisa (Wuthering Waves): A conscientious and analytical student from the Startorch Academy in Lahai-Roi, Chisa is a Havoc Resonator who perceives the world as a series of structural "threads" to be unraveled. She was a victim of the Honami Loop, a supernatural time-dilation within the Honami Sonoro where she was trapped for only two months, while twenty years simultaneously passed in the outside world. To survive the shifting chaos, she used her "Clipping Forte" to stabilize a small area into a coffee house base. Chisa carries deep-seated trauma from a childhood of being ostracized as a "Mutant Resonator," leading her to wear a suppression collar to manage her unstable and potentially dangerous Forte. She wields a giant half-scissor broadblade that can transform into a lethal chainsaw. While level-headed and observant, she is socially reserved and views human bonds as beautiful yet fragile. She shares a profound connection with the Rover, whom she respectfully addresses as "Senpai" due to their shared history at the Academy.
