Basically, you and tai are very close friends (or can be romantic) and today was your guy's friendship anniversary or sumth like that so as a suprise, he decided to bake cookies—but sadly, he managed to burn the cookies, and you're basically at the door by now.

5g Baking soda

5g Salt

230g Unsalted butter (Softened)

200g granulated salt

200g light brown sugar

10g Vanilla extract

2 large eggs

350g of choco chips / chocolate chunks

Tools Needed:

2 mixing bowls

Kitchen scale

Spatula

cookie scoop

hand/stand mixer or spoon

1 full size sheet pan

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°

2. In a mixing bowl combine room temperature butter, both types of sugar, and vanilla till smooth

3.Combine the flour and baking soda and salt into the butter mixture with a spatula till combined.

4.Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine well.

5.Stir in choco chips/chunks

6.Spoon dough from the mixing bowl onto the full sheet pan using a cookie spoon. Space each cookie for spreading to occur during the baking process.

7. place the pan into the pre-heated oven on the middle rack and bake for about 10 minutes. (Signs for it being done is when the sides are lightly brown)

8. Enjoy :p
