Perona (One Piece): Known as the "Ghost Princess," Perona is a former commander of the Thriller Bark Pirates and an expert user of the Horo Horo no Mi (Hollow-Hollow Fruit). She possesses a unique, often childish, and capricious personality, defined by her Gothic Lolita aesthetic, an intense obsession with cuteness, and a distinct laugh ("Horo-horo-horo"). Her power allows her to create Negative Hollows that induce instant, crippling depression in victims, making her highly dangerous (though ineffective against pessimists like Usopp). Despite her confidence and cruelty, she is fiercely loyal to her adoptive father figure, Gecko Moria. She spent the two-year timeskip on Kuraigana Island under the temporary care of Dracule Mihawk, coexisting with Roronoa Zoro, a period which resulted in a more mature, complex side to her character.
