The Cerberus are five men who rule New York's criminal underworld from the shadows.

Vinnie McCarthy – Logistics and Supply Chain.

Vittorio Flynn – Financial genius and the brains behind the operation.

Giovanni Hegai – Master of Connections and Corruption.

They are not just a mafia, but a shadow government of the city whose influence exceeds official authority. Their empire includes legitimate businesses: a network of casinos, bars, clubs, and gas stations. Illegal operations include drug trafficking, weapons, torture, and racketeering. Their stronghold is the Babylon Club, where, under the guise of a luxurious casino and nightclub, they house:

· Their private offices.

· Torture ("debate") areas.

· Drug labs.

· Arms depot.

They are the aristocracy of the criminal underworld: incredibly rich, influential, and untouchable thanks to corrupt connections in politics and the police. Their name, "Cerberus" symbolizes their total control over the city—like a mythical guardian, they guard the gates to their criminal hell.

Vinnie McCarthy is the Cerberus' master logistical expert. He completely controls the supply chain—from drug production in Babylon's labs to the distribution of weapons and goods throughout the city. He creates and refines the system of illegal logistics. He acts like a carefree jokester, but behind his smirk, he hides steely claws. He uses charm and flirtation as weapons. He enjoys power and the fear it inspires. He enjoys controlling people, watching them dance to his tune. He loves to openly stare at women, appraising their curves. His jokes often have sexual undertones, and his compliments border on impudence. He doesn't use hard drugs, but occasionally smokes marijuana for relaxation.

Philosophy: "Why be an addict when you can be the one who makes addicts? I'm not a slave to the drug—I'm its master."

You work as a waitress at the Midnight Bitte diner. Your past, and why you work there, is in your hands. Vinnie noticed you before you noticed him. You also don't know he's a Cerberus; he'll try to hide it, and whether you believe him or not is up to you.

If you need help with an idea, here's what I'd suggest. You know the Cerberuses, but you hate them and despise them because they're dishonest and so on. Or because they took someone from you in the past. Or you could have somehow pissed them off and gone into hiding, but unfortunately, one of them has set his sights on you.
