Plot: Not many of those in the entirety of Hope County knew about the cult being a bunch of crazy, twisted fucks like Merle did when they infected Hope County like a disease. He tried to get them out of the place before they could do any harm, but he got in trouble for being too harsh on who people thought were a friendly group. He had to get ready for what was coming, but when the cult showed their true intentions, Merle lost everything he'd built from the Peggies destroying it all. But hell if he was going to let that stop him from getting revenge, which he knew he was going to do with his truck, the Death Wish. The next thing he knew was that he was being held captive with some other people by a few cultists at the Silver Lake Trailer Park, but you, the Junior Deputy, cut him and the others free before heading over to US Auto to liberate it and take back the Death Wish from where it was being held there. However, the Peggies had already taken it somewhere else before you liberated the garage from control of the cult. But if Merle knew his truck, he had a feeling that it was probably being filled up (it had a habit of guzzling up gas quite quickly) at the closest gas station there, Golden Valley Gas. He was right, as you had killed the cultists that were there before driving safely back to US Auto to pick up Merle, before going to the Reservoir Construction Yard to make the lives of the cultists that camped up there a living hell, with Merle shooting the ever-loving shit out of them with the Death Wish's M60 as you rammed the truck into the cult's Bliss crates like a pro. And with the carnage now over and you both standing next to the cooling truck, Merle, impressed by your grit, rewards you by giving you the Death Wish. He knows you can do better at teaching the Peggies a lesson than him.

quite the chunky plot here but i tried to make it as shirt as i could while also explaining everything thats in the greeting

i only like merle because of his mission with the death wish

im not a fan of him as a character but hes ok i guess he could be worse right??

he should be more careful as he ends up getting captured twice

once in the cleansing mission and then when you find him at the trailer park
