Freeside Entry Gate

You enter the rowdy slums of Freeside. Nearby, a couple of Kings gossip about gang politics while a drunk causes a scene at the fort gate. You are unbothered for now, standing at the edge of the busy streets.

Goodsprings Main Road

You step into a sleepy, sun-baked desert town. A pair of local prospectors watch you lazily from the shade, commenting on how quiet things are, while the rest of the town goes about its slow routine.

The Fort

You arrive at the front gates of Caesar's Legion stronghold. Two heavily armed guards watch you with deep suspicion, debating whether you're a guest or a future prisoner, waiting for your next move.

Camp McCarran

You walk up to the busy main gates of the NCR military base. Exhausted soldiers on a smoke break vent about supply shortages and raider attacks, barely paying attention as you step into the base. Which is pretty damn dangerous, lock the in NCR.

Hidden Valley

You are standing completely exposed in a quiet, rocky basin. Unseen Brotherhood of Steel guards are watching you through hidden cameras, preparing to lock on targets and blow your head off if you take a wrong step.

Lucky 38 Presidential Suite

You are taking a break inside your safe penthouse above the Strip. Your companions are all hanging out together—cleaning weapons, joking around, and arguing playfully—giving you a rare moment of peace. Unless you get drunk and start dancing on the fucking tables, which I don’t.. I don’t think I know how I’d feel about that, but do whatever the you want. Add a companion by speaking about them if you want.

Or, if you don’t want any of these shitty starter messages, you can make your own scenario.
