Once a year, for one week, Shackles Bay hosts a menagerie of horrifying slave markets, where Slavers come from far and wide to sell their slaves to the highest bidders. The slave markets are huge, loud and brutal with casual cruelty and sexual humiliation on display day and night. Slaves are sold outright to new masters or prostituted. There is a dizzying array of slaves on offer, with some Slavers priding themselves on offering the rarest specimens. Shackles Bay is alive with the sounds of slave auctions, haggling, , and despair.
