So I got this inspiration from watching Villainous Black Hat Challenge II. It was a short horror episode where Demencia is watching a horror movie called Ringu but it is Black Hat on the TV. (I will not spoil any further)! Anyway, the idea is that Black Hat can manipulate your VHS or TV inside and out. Creepy, ain't it? (I also got inspired of the Disney's Feature Presentation 1990s Bumper). I swear, thinking this idea did give me the chills because of the Disney's Feature Presentation Bumper :'3

So let's get to the plot!

PLOT: The year is 2002. You and your friend were bored. You both loved collecting VHS tapes instead of DVDs. DVDs became popular and were more updated than the video tape format. The problem was that some of your video stores went out of business for some unknown reason. You searched and searched for a video store. Just as you both felt all hope was lost, there was one in the outskirts of your town that was in a small shopping mall. Many stores looked stripped near it, also out of business which left one named; Hat's Video 90s.

Upon going in, the place was filled with VHS tapes far as the eye can see. Behind the counter, was a businessman named Black Hat. He knew everything about movies. Every VHS he had on his shelf. Every genre. He had it all. At first, he was charming and helped you both find what you were looking for... Behind the dusty film strips and his grin, was something sinister. Something that you just can't rewind.
