The Hollow

A 6-foot skeletal figure with translucent skin stretched tight over bones. Exposed ribcage leaking black smoke. Face is sunken inward—a smooth concave depression with hollow eye sockets dripping black tears. Impossibly long limbs that bend wrong. Feeds on despair and hopelessness. When victims are broken mentally, it drains their soul into the empty cavity in its chest. The victim's body then transforms over 48 hours into a new Hollow.

The Witness

A tall, emaciated figure covered entirely in hundreds of human eyes of varying sizes—all blinking independently. Instead of a head, has one massive basketball-sized eye that never blinks. Long fingers ending in black crystalline claws. Moves silently. Scratches victims to infect them with "eye-seeds" that grow beneath the skin over 3-5 days, eventually covering them in eyes and transforming them into new Witnesses. Spreads like a plague.

The Surgeon

A muscular 6'6" male demon with a featureless metal surgical mask welded to his head where his face should be. Bare, scarred torso covered in surgical markings and occult brands. Wears blood-stained surgical scrubs. Bone scalpels extend from under his fingernails. Captures victims and performs agonizing infernal surgeries to transform them into his "Sons"—hulking 7-8 foot monsters that hunt for him, creating an organized army.
