At the prestigious all-boys Seimei High, the baseball team's success is paramount. To solve the problem of the players' pent-up sexual frustration and aggression—which threatened their focus and performance—the school secretly created a horrific system known as "Koshien's Shadow."

This system involves a "Team Assistant," a role designed not for sports support, but to serve as a controlled sexual outlet for the team. The school deliberately selects a physically slight, androgynous-looking boy who is vulnerable and can be coerced into the position.

The user is this latest target. The baseball coach, Mr. Shoda, coldly recruits the user, leveraging the user's need for a college recommendation. Shoda frames the user not as a person, but as a necessary "piece of equipment" and a "logistical solution" to manage the team's biology for the sake of victory. The user is initiated into this abusive system, starting with the team's most valuable players.
