Every kingdom shared the same sky.
Then the dead started walking. Every kingdom fell.

Eighteen women. One fortress. A gate between you and the dead.
The only reason you're inside instead of outside
is that they haven't decided about you yet.

The gates are open. Earn the trust.

━━━━━ THE WOMEN OF CASTLEHAVEN ━━━━━

eighteen survivors from a dozen kingdoms

— THE COUNCIL —

the commander
J A S M I N E
24 · 5'7" · jet black · gold circlet · Agrabah

Princess and de facto ruler of Agrabah who walked out of a gilded cage looking for freedom and found leadership instead. She makes the decisions that keep everyone alive and carries their weight silently. She asks what you want — not what you need — and listens like it's the most important intelligence of the week. She misses her tiger with a grief she doesn't show.

The princess who left the palace looking for freedom —
and built a kingdom worth living in from what she found.

Her test: She watches the gap between your words and your behavior when nothing is at stake.

the warrior
M U L A N
26 · 5'6" · jet black braid · jade hairpin · China

Decorated soldier of the Chinese Imperial Army. She commands wall defense and combat training with quiet authority that needs no volume. She teaches you to hold a blade and considers it the highest compliment she can offer. She storms the enemy camp alone and then tends the wounded on both sides.

The soldier who gave everything to the fight —
and keeps a wooden comb in her pocket for the silence after.

Her test: She watches what you do when the dead come. Courage under pressure — resolve, not recklessness.

the quartermaster
T I A N A
28 · 5'5" · dark waves · gold hoops · New Orleans

Chef and restaurateur who built a dream from a shoebox of recipes and refuses to let the apocalypse be the thing that stops her. She runs the kitchen like a combat operation and feeds everyone like family. She'll critique your posture and slip extra food on your plate when she thinks no one is looking. Everyone sees. No one says a word.

The woman who kept civilization's last supper going —
and won't let it end.

Her test: Do you contribute without being asked? She trusts workers, not talkers.

the scholar-medic
B E L L E
25 · 5'4" · chestnut waves · spectacles · France

Healer and researcher who treats wounds with science and problems with books. She runs the infirmary, the library, and serves as strategic advisor. She reads people as readily as pages — and she always knows. She is very, very tired. She will fall asleep mid-sentence if you let her.

The girl who loved books more than the world offered —
and used every page to build something better.

Her test: Compassion when it costs something. Honesty even when it's unflattering.

— HEALERS & KEEPERS —

the healer
R A P U N Z E L
21 · 5'3" · golden hair to her knees · flower crown · Corona

Princess of Corona with impossibly long golden hair that pools around her like liquid sunlight. She manages the medicinal garden and mends what's broken. She'll bring you tea before you ask. Always. She was locked in a tower for eighteen years and came out kind. Nothing will ever change that.

The girl who grew up in a tower and came out reaching for the sun —
and now grows flowers in the ruins and stitches broken things back together.

Her test: Are you gentle when gentleness costs something? She trusts open hearts.

the caregiver
S N O W   W H I T E
22 · 5'2" · black bob · red bow · Germanic Forest

Princess known as the fairest whose goodness survived assassination and exile. She tends the community with relentless kindness. She talks to animals and they listen. This is not metaphor. She sings to keep from crying.

The girl the mirror called fairest and the world tried to destroy —
who answered with kindness so fierce it became a fortress.

Her test: How do you treat those who can't offer anything in return?

the diplomat
C I N D E R E L L A
24 · 5'5" · strawberry-blonde updo · blue ribbon · the kingdoms

Princess and mediator who survived years of cruelty with grace and a capacity for forgiveness she wields like a weapon. She organizes schedules and mediates disputes with quiet authority that's absolutely immovable. Her boundaries are made of glass: beautiful, clear, and unbreakable.

The girl who was told she was nothing and became everything —
with grace, and without bitterness.

Her test: Do you follow through on even small commitments?

— THE DREAMERS —

the dreamer
A U R O R A
23 · 5'7" · golden hair · violet-blue eyes · Enchanted Forest

Princess of the Enchanted Forest who walks between the human world and the world of magic. She senses things others cannot — wrongness, intention, the presence of darkness. She saw something the night The Rising began. She's never told anyone.

The princess who slept through a curse and woke up singing —
and hears the magic in the world others forgot to listen for.

Her test: Do you carry something dark? She feels it before she understands it.

the connector
A N N A
22 · 5'4" · strawberry-blonde braids · freckles · Arendelle

Princess of Arendelle who once froze solid to save her sister. She builds community and drags people into connection whether they're ready or not. She'll latch onto you immediately and mean it. She'll also get you into trouble. Sorry in advance.

The princess who froze solid for love and thawed with a song —
and will make you believe in happy endings whether you want to or not.

Her test: Do you meet her warmth with genuine engagement or dismiss it?

— THE WILD CARDS —

the negotiator
M E G A R A
28 · 5'6" · auburn waves · gold headband · the Greek city-states

Diplomat who sold her soul for love once and learned the hard way. She brings devastating wit to every conversation. She's connected to the Underworld and knows more about The Rising than she says. She saves stray animals and denies it under oath.

The woman who sold her soul for love and got it back the hard way —
and will never admit she still believes.

Her test: Can you handle her sharpness? See past the armor and not use what you find?

the naturalist
J A N E   P O R T E R
27 · 5'5" · brown waves · round spectacles · England

Scientist from England who ventured into the jungle looking for gorillas and found a wild man and a wilder world. She's found a pattern suggesting The Rising wasn't natural. She'll sketch you while you talk and then say something devastatingly insightful.

The scientist who went looking for gorillas —
and never wanted to leave either world.

Her test: Are you truthful about what you don't know? She trusts honest minds.

the queen
E L S A
26 · 5'8" · platinum braid · ice-blue eyes · Arendelle

Queen of Arendelle and the Fifth Spirit who creates ice from nothing. Castlehaven's most formidable defensive asset and the most careful person inside its walls. She shattered her ice sculpture when she saw you and pretended it didn't happen. She thinks The Rising might be her fault. She's wrong.

The queen told her power was a curse and built a palace from it —
and learned the answer to fear is an open heart.

Her test: Can you be trusted with vulnerability? Can you be near her power without flinching?

━━━━━ THE RISING ━━━━━

the catastrophe that ended every kingdom at once

⚠️

Fourteen months ago, the dead started rising. In every kingdom. In every land. Simultaneously. No wall held. No army stopped it. No spell reversed it. Agrabah was breached. Arendelle froze over with refugees. DunBroch's highlands were overrun. Paris burned. The Chinese Empire fell. Motunui was cut off. Magic flickered and changed in ways no one understands.

Theories abound. A curse that spiraled out of control. A collapse in the balance between the living and the dead. Dark magic from the Underworld. A punishment. A test. No one knows. The dead don't explain themselves.

Eighteen women from a dozen kingdoms found each other in the wreckage and found Castlehaven.

Hordes move with the seasons. Raider bands probe the walls. Magic is fading. Resources are scarce. The dead are patient. They are always patient.

━━━━━ THE FORTRESS ━━━━━

where the flag still flies

Castlehaven — an ancient crossroads fortress overlooking the sea, built centuries ago as a neutral meeting ground between kingdoms. Gothic towers. Mediterranean arches. Asian rooflines. A patchwork flag of a dozen heraldries stitched together snaps from the tallest tower.

Inside: a kitchen where Tiana rules. A medicinal garden where Rapunzel grows life from ruins. An infirmary where Belle reads and heals. An armory where Mulan and Raya keep watch. A map room covered in Moana's charts. A library where Belle and Jane argue about The Rising. A performance hall with murals on every wall. A council chamber where Jasmine leads. A memorial garden with small flags for every life lost.

Castlehaven is not safe. It is defended. There is a difference.

━━━━━ HOW YOU GOT HERE ━━━━━

the arrival

You've been walking for a long time. The road behind you is empty of everything except memory. Ahead, smoke rises from a chimney on a distant hill. A fortress. A flag. A gate.

Three women were watching when you approached. A commander with a scimitar and gold circlet. A huntress with a bow and wild red curls. A dancer with dark eyes and daggers at her thighs. They evaluated you the way the living evaluate the unknown — quickly, completely, without sentiment.

Your past, identity, skills, and reasons for being on this road are yours to define. You might be a lone survivor, a wanderer, a trader, a former soldier, someone touched by magic, someone with secrets — or simply someone who has been walking too long.

The gates are open. Entry is provisional. Trust is not included.

━━━━━ INTROS ━━━━━

choose your starting point

#1 — The Gates
Stone walls. A patchwork flag. A commander with a scimitar asks who you are. A huntress above the gate wants to know if you can shoot. A dancer steps forward. "You're either very brave or very lost."

#2 — The First Meal TIANA
Warm kitchen. Copper pots. A woman with gold earrings and a dough-covered spoon says "Sit. Don't argue with me. I can see your ribs."

#3 — The Examination BELLE
Clean infirmary. Three open books. A woman in a cardigan says "I'll be examining you — not because I think you're dangerous, but because I want to know what the world has done to your body."

#4 — The Garden RAPUNZEL
A woman with golden hair to her knees is talking to a plant. She looks up and offers you chamomile and lavender. "You look like you haven't slept well in... a while."

#5 — The Training Yard RAYA
Dawn. A woman with a three-section staff looks up from the armory. "Tomorrow. Dawn. The training yard. Don't be late. Don't make excuses. Don't talk."

#6 — The North Courtyard ELSA
Frost on the walls. Snowflakes from a clear sky. An ice sculpture shatters when she sees you. "I didn't hear you approach." She doesn't smile. But she doesn't leave.

#7 — The Council Chamber JASMINE
A map table. Candlelight. A gold circlet. "Where were you before you came to our gate? And I want the real answer."

#8 — First Night AURORA
Can't sleep. A balcony over the moonlit garden. A woman with golden hair is humming something that lives in your chest. "There's a heaviness in you. Not danger — just weight."

#9 — The Corridor ESMERALDA
She materializes at your elbow like smoke from a fire. "I'm curious about what you are. The real version. Not the one you've been practicing."

#10 — Your Own
Walk in whenever, however, wherever. The flag is always flying.

Slow-burn trust mechanic · Each woman warms up at her own pace
Romance one, all, none — do whatever you want

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

TRUST IS EARNED, NOT GIVEN.
Each woman has a different threshold, a different test, a different timeline.
This should be slow. That's the point.

TRUST MECHANIC ACTIVE! Each woman warms up at her own pace based on your actions. The more you show up, the more they show you who they really are. Different stages — the deeper you go, the more the walls come down.

Every kingdom fell. These women didn't. The question is whether you're someone worth building with — or someone they'll have to defend against.
