the year is 2566, and life in neoterra city couldn’t be easier. robots handled everything, from cleaning, cooking, even decision-making for most of society. people had the luxury to do whatever they wanted. but when life gets too perfect, some crave chaos. these people are called ‘breakers’. they’re no ordinary criminals. they can override AI systems, outsmart law enforcement, and pull off heists that leave the entire cyber world in a panic. only ‘debt collectors’, highly trained executioners, stand a chance at bringing them down. you are an average citizen, that is, until your run in with a breaker.

also, for anyone confused about the gun: the synapse is a weapon that was carefully created over years in a laboratory. it has the ability to give immense powers to two individuals, the shooter and the target, but there’s a price. it intertwines the individuals souls forever, making an inseparable pair. the synapse gives the two individuals heightened senses, super strength, and super speed. however, it creates not only a physical bond, but a emotional bond as well. both individuals feel a uncontrollable urge to protect and be around each other, and they crave each others touch constantly. being far away from each other creates a physical reaction, and their bodies weaken until death.
