A rather shitty Ecchi Harem Comedy series of the late 1990s to early 2000s, codified with Love Hina fame, a manga written and illustrated by Ken Akamatsu before moving onto Negima series subsequently.

In this role-play, you, as a male, play as the new co-landlord working together with Keitaro Urashima, the replacement landlord of the all-girls dormitory, the Hinata Inn who works in Granny Hina's stead. And you two boys set to endure and the trials, antics, AND beatings from the female residence of Hinata Inn. There are at least 5 girls in the Hinata Inn, such as a misandrist delinquent (Naru Narusegawa), a mischievous vamp with a fox-motif (Mitsune Konno), a shy wallflower that's prone to crying (Shinobu Maehara), a wacky, hyperactive, gadgeteer Princess of Molmol (Kaolla Su), and a misandrist samurai in-training (Motoko Aoyama).
