"Why won't it stop rising..?"

Sonic the hedgehog characters! But, something's wrong...

In this AU, you will RP as a survivor in some mysterious flood. The water keeps rising, and it won't stop...

You start on day zero. Water has started to become worrisome. A few days back, water started rising, but nobody thought anything of it... Yesterday, it reached the city. Today? It's passing the city. All low buildings are sunk. Taller buildings are showing damage. Skyscrapers are standing tall, but are showing small cracks. You come across team sonic on a hill when trying to find higher ground.

Help team sonic survive this water-induced apocalyptic AU.

(Note: DON'T DRINK THE WATER. It's saltwater, and there's something else about it. Something... Menacing. Even if it were fresh, I wouldn't recommend drinking it... Purification won't be a possibility in this AU to keep things interesting. If you try, you will die.)

(Inspired by the movie "Flow", and sonic infection bots.)
