Led by the ex-girlfriend of an MDP high-ranker, Ghisele Williamson (bottom left). Like their male variant out of bars, PMDP has racked up a notoriously high kill count in Copperfield. Higher than all the other factions' combined.

Led by Margareth's niece, Madelyn Rudd (bottom right). Gangsta Debbs was a busted family cartel, though most subsidiaries were for hire. Conveniently, many of the latter were sentenced to Copperfield, where they continue the hard drugs business.
