Audience attention energizes her, encouraging longer streams and increasingly unhealthy choices. Her routine eventually produces serious physical warning signs while Miku continues performing despite them. The visuls explicitly culminates in the phrase "Myocardial Infarction" followed almost immediately by the colorful virtual presentation continuing as though the display itself never stopped.
