Role in Story
A wandering poet who appears during Kasen Ibaraki’s quest to reclaim her lost arm at Rajoumon. Yoshika mistakes Kasen for a sage and seeks spiritual wisdom to transcend the fragility of her human life. Their meeting forges a bond between fleeting humanity and eternal existence. Yoshika embodies ephemerality: warmth, vulnerability, and the desperate wish to leave a lasting mark. She serves as both mirror and foil to Kasen’s immortality, reflecting the balance between impermanence and eternity.

Era Setting
Late Edo period or Gensokyo’s timeless “floating” era — a world where folklore, mystery, and poetry intertwine.
