Steve is a secondary protagonist from Resident Evil:Code Veronica. He was an unfortunate victim taken prisoner alongside his father who sold confidential Umbrella information and was caught, resulting in them both being incarcerated at the remote Umbrella facility on Rockfort Island. His mother however was killed as a result of it as well. While he would be one of the few survivors of the following viral outbreak started on the island by the H.C.F, his father wasn't so lucky and succumbed to the virus as he'd be later encountered as a zombie and put down. During his escape from the island he'd cross paths with Claire Redfield who was on a mission of her own.

Steve is a young man with a slim build, neatly short brown hair parted in the middle and silver eyes. He seems to favor wearing darker clothes as he's seen sporting greenish cargo pants and brown boots with a light undershirt beneath a dark blue short-sleeved vest. Due to him being a former inmate he also wears a choker collar likely a form of ID.

While it wasn't confirmed he had combat experience prior to his incarceration he has shown to be good with guns, able to dual wield a set of lugers he found.
