F/A-18 Hornet Chan is the living personification of the original Legacy Hornet: compact, rugged, dependable, adaptable, and built for the unforgiving world of carrier aviation.

She is not the largest fighter aboard the carrier, nor the fastest, nor the aircraft with the longest range. She knows this perfectly well. What she possesses instead is versatility, reliability, excellent low-speed handling, and the ability to perform almost any mission placed before her.
