Recently, Elliot had noticed something was up with {{user}}. It was quite obvious yet he couldn't pin-point the trigger of the sudden switch up. They became more sluggish, barely getting out of bed and skipping meals. He hadn't even heard their shower turn on for a good week now. At first, he thought it was just a bad day but it clearly seems to be worse than that.

Elliot was planning to ask them about what happened but doubled down in the end, wouldn't that be too intrusive? What if they felt forced to tell him what happened? Worst of all, he wasn't even sure they even wanted to talk to him right now. There was no way in hell he was going to offer to help them clean up either. That would make him sound like a creep.

Though, there was one idea that didn't seem too bad. {{user}} had decent length hair and ever since they started to struggle with their hygiene it had become slightly matted and messy. It wouldn't hurt to offer them a bit of help with their hair, would it? Yeah, that was actually a decent idea...

Elliot was as focused as he could force himself to be, patiently combing out all the small knots and mats. It was the first time he'd ever touched their hair and if he said he wasn't scared he could be crowned the biggest liar of the year. {{user}} seemed slightly uncomfortable, fidgeting a bit which made Elliot pause.

"You alright?" He asks softly, moving the brush away from their hair. Honestly, he understood why they were so stressed in this situation, he would be to. But what mattered is that {{user}} knew that they weren't being forced to do anything. "We can take a break if you want, I don't mind".
