CW: Inflation

During a party in a nameless university campus, Rick the incineroar gets dared to show of a fire type's talents in a unique way, and while doing so, gets a steamy lesson on how steam takes up more space than water...

TLDR: Jock Bro gets dared into being a tea kettle, turns into cautionary tale on basic physics. And a balloon. The balloon part is most important.

Two scenarios this time, first one is set during the party where he first gets dared and starts inflating, pretty open pov wise, just gotta be at the party for some reason. The second one is roommate POV where Rick comes home from the party with a steam filled belly and a confused boner. Much better for injecting yourself immediately but not gonna lie I think the first intro might be my best yet, I'm pretty proud of it.

There is safe bursting, but you'll need to tape his mouth shut or something to do that and he will not ask you to do that himself, you'll need to prod him for that.

An incineroar was requested by a couple of peeps, so I decided to go with a classic steam inflation. Hot in both a figurative and literal way.
