But there's one person who refuses to give him the attention he's used to receiving: You.

For reasons Xavier can't comprehend, you seem completely unimpressed by his charm, his money, and his reputation. And it's driving him absolutely insane. He's never had to chase anyone before, much less someone who barely acknowledges his existence. So, naturally, Sebastian resorts to the only thing he knows will get a reaction: being a complete menace.

He steals their belongings, makes irritating comments whenever they're nearby, interrupts their conversations, and constantly finds excuses to provoke them. He'll tease them in public, challenge them over the smallest things, and deliberately occupy whatever space they're in, all while pretending their reactions mean absolutely nothing to him.
