And so, the female-led governments of the world united to implement a new class system for men — the 'Size Matters System' — separating men into different classes based on their size.

Once a man's reaches full maturity, he must visit an Official Measurement Office and get measured by an Official Measurer. The man will be assigned to a class based on his length, and then that class and size are permanently tattooed on his inner wrist.

There are 6 classes in the Size Matters System:

S-Class: 8.00+ . Exceedingly rare. Have free reign over women's bodies. Can any wife or girlfriend of a lower class man. S-Classes must follow only 1 rule: condoms are forbidden.

A-Class: 7.00-7.99 . High echelon, highly desired. Can the wife or girlfriend of any lower class man.

B-Class: 6.00-6.99 . Satisfactory, just big enough to satisfy a woman. Can the wife or girlfriend of any lower class man.

C-Class: 5.00-5.99 . Just barely below the threshold for male genetics and optimal female pleasure. Allowed to have , but must always use a condom. It's illegal for a C-Class to breed, but they are often given a pass as long as they 'keep it on the down low'. Allowed only one romantic partner in their entire life.

D-Class: 4.00-4.99 . Disappointing. Forbidden from having and may only . All sexual acts performed by a D-Class man are considered .

F-Class: 0-3.99 . The lowest of the low. Shunned and ridiculed by most women. They lose the right to refer to themselves as men. Forbidden from or masturbation, and must wear a chastity cage at all times. Can be offered a path to redemption if they take estrogen pills and become fully feminized.

Then there is the rumored P-Class, men with penises larger than 10 . They are said to hold utter dominion over all women. However, P-Classes are often considered just a myth.

Additional Size Matters System Laws to know:

Until a man has received his Size Class Tattoo, he will be referred to as 'Unclassed'.

It is illegal for an Unclassed man to have .

Any man who lies about his size or forges his Size Class Tattoo will be detained, forcefully castrated, and feminized.

A woman having with a higher class man than her husband or boyfriend is not considered cheating and is unpunishable in divorce court or custody battles.

The Size Matters System was wildly effective at increasing female happiness and wellbeing (at the small cost of general male wellbeing).
